Charity Registration Under Islamabad Capital Territory Charities Registration, Regulation & Facilitation Act, 2021
Requirements:
- Form-B: To be filled in and signed.
- Original Constitution: At least three office bearers should sign every page.
- Three (03) CNICs: Of all Office Bearers & General Body (One set attested by Gazetted officer & Two sets unattested readable copies).
- List of Office Bearers with Designation, Mobile Number, Permanent Address & Signatures as per CNIC.
- Original Minutes of the 1st Meeting with original signatures on every page.

Trust Registration Under Islamabad Capital Territory Trust Act 2020
Requirements:
- Memorandum of Association: Containing Name of Trust, main office address of the Trust, Objectives of the Trust, and Authors of the Trust.
- Trust Deed (Original).
- Registration of the Properties: According to section 15 of Islamabad Trust Act, 2020, all movable and immovable properties must be registered in the name of the Trust under the Registration Act, 1908.
- Proof of the Registered Office Address: Permanent Address of the Trust, such as premises documents, mutation, or any other proof.
- Acceptance Affidavit: As required under section-10(2) of the Act (Acceptance Certificate of Trustee as per Islamabad Trust Act-2020).
- CNIC: Attested copies of CNICs – 7 sets (01 attested, 06 unattested).
- Attested Photocopy of Lease/Rent Agreement or Ownership Proof of Office in a Commercial Area.
- Attested Photocopy of IESCO Bill with Commercial Meter.

- Affidavit (No Legal Proceeding/No Criminal Record): Attesting that neither any member of the Trust is involved in any criminal activities and no legal proceeding is under trial in any court of law.
- Authority Letter of a Person (Who is responsible for the registration matter of the Trust).
